Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment being received.

• Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide (calculated at checkout).

• All orders are sent via Australia Post or a trusted courier service with tracking.

• Estimated delivery times:
  NSW & ACT: 2–5 business days
  Other states & regional areas: 5–10 business days

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Local Pick-Up

• Free local pick-up is available from our store in Picton, simply select this option at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping

• At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• All parcels include tracking for peace of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

• Relax Deer is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Australia Post or couriers, but we’ll always do our best to help locate them.
